Severabilitv. Any provision of this DPA that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions of this DPA, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such provision could be more narrowly drawn so as not to be prohibited or unenforceable in such jurisdiction while, at the same time, maintaining the intent of the Parties, it shall, as to such jurisdiction, be so narrowly drawn without invalidating the remaining provisions of this DPA or affecting the validity or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction.
Severabilitv. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement.
Severabilitv. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held or made invalid by a court, statute, rule or otherwise, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement, and each other provision of this Agreement shall be severable and enforceable to the full extent permitted by law. Any court determining the unenforceability of any provision shall have the power to reduce the scope or duration of such provision to render such provision enforceable.
Severabilitv. In the event that any paragraph or provision of this Agreement shall be held to be illegal or unenforceable, the entire Agreement shall not fail on account thereof. It is further agreed that if any one or more of such paragraphs or provisions shall be judged to be void as going beyond what is reasonable in all of the circumstances for the protection of the interests of the Company, but would be valid if part of the wording thereof were deleted or the period thereof reduced or the range of activities covered thereby reduced in scope, the said reduction shall be deemed to apply with such modifications as may be necessary to make them valid and effective and any such modification shall not thereby affect the validity of any other paragraph or provisions contained in this Agreement.

In the event that any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement or in any other instrument referred to herein shall, for any reason, be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions of this Agreement.

In the event that any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, that illegality or unenforceability will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining legal and enforceable provisions hereof, which shall be construed as if the illegal or unenforceable provision had not been inserted.

If any portion of this Agreement shall be found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal or regulatory agency of competent jurisdiction, the remainder shall not be affected thereby, but shall have the same force and effect as if the invalid or unenforceable portion had not been inserted.

If any term, provision or condition, or any part thereof, of this Agreement shall for any reason be found or held invalid or unenforceable by any court or governmental authority of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of such term, provision or condition nor any other term, provision or condition, and this Agreement shall survive and be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable term, provision or condition had not been contained therein.
Severabilitv. If any provision of this Agreement, as applied to any circumstances, shall be adjudged by a court to be void and unenforceable, the same shall in no way affect any other provision of this Agreement or the applicability of such provision to any other circumstances.
