Common use of Severability and Savings Clause in Contracts

Severability and Savings. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid by operation of law or by any tribunal or court of competent jurisdiction, or if compliance with or enforcement of any provision should be restrained by such tribunal or court pending a final determination as to its validity, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
