Common use of Severability of Clauses Clause in Contracts

Severability of Clauses. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that the invalidity or unenforceability of any of the clauses or terms herein shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other clauses or terms hereof. Sections 8, 18-22, 24, 35, and 37 and any other clause as the context implies, shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
