Severability of Remedies Sample Clauses

The Severability of Remedies clause establishes that the various remedies provided within a contract are independent and can be enforced separately. In practice, this means that if one remedy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining remedies still remain available to the parties; for example, if a court strikes down a specific penalty, other forms of relief like damages or injunctions can still be pursued. This clause ensures that the failure or invalidity of one remedy does not undermine the overall enforceability of the contract’s other remedies, thereby preserving the parties’ ability to seek appropriate relief for breaches.
