Common use of Severability; Survival Clause in Contracts

Severability; Survival. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be void and unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Agreement nevertheless shall be binding upon the parties with the same effect as though the void or enforceable part has been severed and deleted.
