Common use of Several NASPO ValuePoint Participating Entities Clause in Contracts

Several NASPO ValuePoint Participating Entities. currently maintain separate SciQuest eMarketplaces, these Participating Entities do enable certain NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Contracts. In the event one of these entities elects to use this NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Contract (available through the eMarket Center) but publish to their own eMarketplace, the Contractor agrees to work in good faith with the entity and NASPO ValuePoint to implement the catalog. NASPO ValuePoint does not anticipate that this will require substantial additional efforts by the Contractor; however, the supplier agrees to take commercially reasonable efforts to enable such separate SciQuest catalogs.
