Common use of Sewer and Water Connection Clause in Contracts

Sewer and Water Connection. If the Menomonee Avenue Property is not being served by municipal water or sanitary sewer service as of the date the School District applies for a conditional use permit to construct a school on the portion of the Menomonee Avenue Property being acquired by the School District under this Agreement, the Parties agree to meet and confer and engage in good faith in negotiations regarding both: (a) a mutually agreeable plan to extend municipal water and sewer service to the Menomonee Avenue Property; and (b) the apportionment of costs between the Parties associated with extending municipal water and sewer service to the Menomonee Avenue Property.
