Common use of Sewer Improvements Clause in Contracts

Sewer Improvements. Public sewer shall be extended to the Property as provided for in the APFO ▇▇▇. Gravity or pumped sewer service will be provided for portions of the Project, as will be specified at the time of improvement plans for the development of the Property east of Maryland Route 75. The Project will pay tap fees in accordance with the fee schedule in effect at the time of application and the County shall issue such tap approvals in the normal course as a ministerial function. The Developer may request sewer capacity fee credits pertaining to the provision of public sewer to the Property when the applicable requirements of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Maryland Water and Sewer Rules and Regulations are satisfied.
