Shadow Certification Procedure. 33 It is for the experts to decide in the light of all the information available to them how much of the evaluation and certification process they need to shadow. 34 The experts are to report their findings in writing to the Management Committee within one month of the completion of their investigation and no later than one month from the completion of the evaluation and certification process on the selected product, together with a recommendation on whether the candidate's application should be accepted or rejected. The Management Committee is to convey its decision to the applicant in writing within a target of two months following receipt of the experts' report, together, in the case of rejection, with a summary of the reasons for the Committee's decision and of the principal evidence on which it is based.
