Common use of Share Classes Clause in Contracts

Share Classes. The Management Company may create several share classes for each sub-fund. Share classes may be formed which differ from the existing share classes in terms of the appropriation of income, the front-end load, the reference currency and the use of currency hedging transactions, the management fee, the minimum investment amount or a combination of these features. However, the rights of investors who have acquired units from existing share classes remain unaffected. The share classes launched in connection with each sub-fund and the fees and remunerations incurred in connection with the units of the sub-funds are set out in Annex A “Overview of Sub-Funds”.
