SHARE INFORMATION. By signing this application form, the Cardholder consents that the Issuer shall share all relevant customer information with the credit bureaus operating in Nigeria, under the guidelines of the CBN, including notification of late and missed repayments. The Issuer shall not be liable for any errors in the information supplied to the credit bureaus, or the subsequent use of any information by any other financial institution in Nigeria.
