Share of Net Revenue Sample Clauses

The 'Share of Net Revenue' clause defines how net revenue generated from a particular activity, product, or service will be distributed among the parties involved. Typically, this clause outlines the percentage or formula used to calculate each party's share after deducting agreed-upon expenses or costs from gross revenue. For example, if two companies collaborate on a project, this clause would specify how profits are split once operational costs are subtracted. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and fairness in revenue distribution, reducing the risk of disputes over financial entitlements.
