Common use of Share Ownership Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Share Ownership Guidelines. Prior to the date hereof, you had achieved your required share ownership level of 50,000 common shares, par value US$0.01 per share, of Platinum Holdings (the “Common Shares”) under the Guidelines. You shall be required to maintain such level during the Term, subject to certain exceptions as set forth in the Guidelines.
