E-LEARNING E-Learning is defined as a method of credit course delivery that relies on communication between students and teachers through the internet or any other digital platform and does not require students to be face-to-face with each other or with their teacher. Online learning shall have the same meaning as E-Learning.
ACADEMY OPENING DATE The Academy shall open as a school on 1 August replacing Harrow High School and Sports College which shall cease to be maintained by the Local Authority on that date, which date shall be the conversion date within the meaning of the Academies Act 2010.
Billing Cycle The billing on each matter shall be submitted on a calendar month basis (30 day cycle). A final bill for all outstanding charges should be forwarded immediately by the Firm upon the conclusion of each matter. Citizens has sole discretion to consider billing for work performed which is submitted late to Citizens. Late is defined as billed events that occurred more than 60 days prior to it being initially submitted to Citizens for payment. Citizens will not honor interest fees or other late fees assessed by any Firm or Vendor for any invoice submitted for payment. Billing submitted late to Citizens will not be given priority review. 8.2.1 No initial appeal will be considered if filed with Citizens more than sixty (60) days after the date of initial denial/reduction by Citizens for the billed event. The date of initial denial/reduction is the date the invoice was paid. Citizens will consider only one appeal by the Firm for each invoice submitted for payment and all line entries appealed from the initial invoice must be included on a single appeal. Appeals must provide additional information for Citizens to reconsider a prior reduction. Appeals that fail to provide additional information will not be considered and Citizens initial denial/reduction of the invoice will be upheld. 8.2.2 Each invoice submitted to Citizens shall only reflect work that is performed within a single calendar month (approximately a thirty (30) day period). Firms should not submit invoices that contain line item dates that occur outside the period of a single calendar month neither should invoices contain multiple months of billing. Only one invoice should be submitted per service period. If multiple invoices are submitted for a service period or invoices are submitted for a time period not corresponding to the required single calendar monthly billing cycle, invoice(s) may be deleted for resubmittal and will not be given a priority review upon resubmittal.
Care Management The Contractor’s protocol for referring members to care management shall be reviewed by OMPP and shall be based on identification through the health needs screening or when the claims history suggests need for intervention. In addition to population-based disease management educational materials and reminders, these members should receive more intensive services. Members with newly diagnosed conditions, increasing health services or emergency services utilization, evidence of pharmacy non-compliance for chronic conditions and identification of special health care needs should be strongly considered for case management. Care management services include direct consumer contacts in order to assist members with scheduling, location of specialists and specialty services, transportation needs, 24-Hour Nurse Line, general preventive (e.g. mammography) and disease specific reminders (e.g. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇), pharmacy refill reminders, tobacco cessation and education regarding use of primary care and emergency services. The Contractor shall make every effort to contact members in care management telephonically. Materials should also be delivered through postal and electronic direct-to-consumer contacts, as well as web-based education materials inclusive of clinical practice guidelines. Materials shall be developed at the fifth grade reading level. All members with the conditions of interest shall receive materials no less than quarterly. The Contractor shall document the number of persons with conditions of interest, outbound telephone calls, telephone contacts, category of intervention, intervention delivered, mailings and website hits. Care management shall be coordinated with the Right Choices Program for members qualifying for the Right Choices Program. However, the Right Choices Program is not a replacement for care management.
Name Collision Occurrence Management 6.1. No-‐Activation Period. Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-‐Activation Period ends.
