Shared Items. Any contents within the Communal/Shared Areas which are available for the use of all residents and are supplied by the Landlord/ Management Company. By way of example ‘Shared Items’ within common spaces are items like soft seating, tables, chairs, television sets, gaming consoles, desktop terminals.
