Common use of Shared Principal Collections Clause in Contracts

Shared Principal Collections. On each Payment Date, Series 2015-1 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for that Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Shortfall for Series 2015-1 for that Payment Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for that Payment Date.

Shared Principal Collections. On each Payment Date, Series 20152012-1 4 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections for with respect to all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for that such Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Shortfall for Series 20152012-1 4 for that such Payment Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for that such Payment Date.

Shared Principal Collections. On each Payment Date, Series 20152019-1 4 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Shared Principal Collections for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for that Payment Date, times (b) a fraction, the fraction with a numerator of which is equal to the Principal Shortfall for Series 20152019-1 4 for that Payment Date and the a denominator of which is equal to the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all Principal Sharing Series in Principal Sharing Group One for that Payment Date.
