Common use of Shared Use Path Clause in Contracts

Shared Use Path. ProLogis shall provide an easement along the north side of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road and along the south property line of ▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ - Unit 4, from the west property line of the Subject Property to a point approximately nineteen hundred feet (1900’) east of the west property line, to the existing multi-use path easement . The width and alignment of the easement shall be approved by the City Engineer, prior to acceptance.
