Common use of Shareholders Meetings, Interim Order and Final Order Costs Clause in Contracts

Shareholders Meetings, Interim Order and Final Order Costs. All third-party costs, fees and expenses relating to the LGEC Meeting, the LGEC Interim Order and the Final Order, including all of the costs of producing, printing, mailing and otherwise distributing the Meeting Materials in respect of the LGEC Meeting shall be borne by each of Lionsgate and New Lionsgate equally, except as set forth on Schedule 9.9. LG Studios shall pay all third-party costs, fees and expenses relating to the Studios Meeting and the Studios Interim Order, including all of the costs of producing, printing, mailing and otherwise distributing the Meeting Materials in respect of the Studios Meeting.
