Shares Subject to Option Exercise Price. The Option shall entitle the Participant to purchase from the Company, upon exercise, a number of Shares as set forth in the Notice, in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Plan. The exercise price of the Option is set forth in the Notice (the “Exercise Price”).
