Sharing of Certain Payments. Except for Excepted Payments, the parties hereto acknowledge and agree that all payments due and owing by the Lessee or any other Credit Party to the Lessor under the Lease or any of the other Operative Agreements shall be made by the Lessee or such other Credit Party directly to the Agent as more particularly provided in Section 8.3 hereof.
