Sharing of Data. The College of Central Florida and School Board of Citrus County, Florida agree to share student educational data under conditions consistent with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Either party may initiate requests to share data if it has a legitimate educational interest in the data. The shared information shall be used solely to benefit the Career Pathways program and students by facilitating access to and increasing educational opportunities at both institutions. Each institution will be deemed a school official of the other for purposes of this agreement. The College of Central Florida will provide information about the sharing of data in its annual notification to students.
