SHARING OF FEES. The compensation of the arbitrator for his services and expenses in connection with the case (or cases submitted to him if the parties mutually agree that more than one case may be submitted) shall be shared equally between the Company and the Union. Each party will bear the cost of presenting their own case. The cost of a court reporter and the transcript will be borne equally by the parties if both parties order a copy of the transcript.
