Sharing of Technical Information. 6.1 CIM model. Through their respective memberships in the Distributed Management Task Force, Inc. (“DMTF”), the parties have the opportunity to work together on existing or newly proposed DMTF standards relating to virtualization, including on the DMTF’s Common Information Model (“CIM’).
