Common use of Sharing of Transaction Revenues Clause in Contracts

Sharing of Transaction Revenues. MP shall pay to AOL an amount ------------------------------- equal to [xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] of Transaction Revenues until such time as aggregate Transaction Revenues plus [xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] of aggregate Advertising Revenue ("MP Revenues") shall equal a sum total of [XXXXXXX] (the "Threshold"). During the Initial Term, from and after the Threshold has been met, MP shall pay to AOL an amount equal to [xxxxxxxxxxxx] of aggregate Transaction Revenues. MP will pay all of the foregoing amounts on a quarterly basis within thirty (30) days of the end of the quarter in which the applicable Transaction Revenues were generated.
