Shelf Notes. Until paid in full, each Series of Shelf Notes shall be subject to required prepayments, if any, set forth in the Notes of such Series, and such principal amounts of such Series of Notes, together with interest thereon to the prepayment dates, shall become due on such prepayment dates. The remaining outstanding principal amount of each Series of Shelf Notes shall become due on the stated maturity date thereof.
