Shelf Notice. Promptly upon receipt of any request to file a Shelf Registration Statement (but in no event more than two (2) Business Days thereafter), the Company shall deliver a written notice (a “Shelf Notice”) of any such request to all other Holders of Registrable Securities. If the Company is not then a WKSI, the Company shall include in such Registration all such Registrable Securities with respect to which the Company has received written requests for inclusion therein within three (3) Business Days after the date that the Shelf Notice has been delivered. If the Company is then a WKSI, the Company shall include in such Registration an unspecified amount of Registrable Securities.
