SHERIFF’s Records Defined. For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “SHERIFF’s Records” shall include, without limitation, accounting records, payroll time sheets, cancelled payroll checks, W-2 forms, written policies and procedures, computer records, disks and software, and any other supporting documents that would substantiate, reconcile or refute any charges and/or expenditures related to the SRO services provided under this Agreement.
