Shift Adjustment. Employees working the second shift, as defined in Section 1C above, shall receive a two (2%) premium pay differential. In accordance with Section 2D above, employees assigned to the extended hour coverage for the Media Center beyond the basic work day shall receive the two (2%) premium pay differential.
