Shift Holdover. Effective January 1, 2014, whenever an Employee works in excess of the regularly assigned work week or work schedule, the Employee shall be paid for such overtime work at time and one-half (1-1/2). No overtime pay shall be paid for the first ten (10) minutes unless required by the Fair Labor Standards Act. After ten (10) minutes, there will be a minimum of one-half hour’s overtime pay. After the first one-half hour, overtime pay will be calculated in quarter hour intervals.
