Common use of Shift Loading Clause in Contracts

Shift Loading. 32.1 The ordinary time loadings for Morning, Afternoon and Night Shift will be as follows: Monday to Friday: Morning Shift 20% Afternoon Shift 20% Night Shift 25% 32.2 The shift loadings prescribed in this clause are applicable to all rostered ordinary hours worked on the whole of each shift. 32.3 A shift allowance in accordance with schedule D will be paid on Night Shifts worked on weekends and public holidays.
