Shift Schedule Change – Employee Notice. The Company shall give an employee forty-eight (48) hours notice of a change in shift schedule. Where such notice is not given, the employee(s) shall be paid time and one half (1 1/2 X) for the first four (4) hours of regular hours worked following the change. This provision shall not apply to a new employee’s initial assignment to a regular shift.
