Shipment and Storage. A complete packing list must be enclosed with all shipments and must show the purchase order number, job number (if applicable, corresponding nomenclature and quantities of the items shipped. Seller shall mark all containers or packages with necessary shipping information. All items shall be suitably prepared for shipment in order to: (i) ensure safe and damage-free delivery, (ii) secure the lowest transportation rate and (iii) meet the carrier's and all applicable DOT requirements. No additional charges shall be made for packaging, delivery or similar costs unless expressly authorized by this Purchase Order. Buyer's weight and/or count will be accepted as final and conclusive on all shipments not accompanied by a packing list.

Shipment and Storage. A. The Contractor shall use care in handling and storage of the pipe. Pipe shall be stored on clean, level ground to prevent undue scratching or gouging of the pipe. If the pipe shall be stacked for storage, such stacking shall be done in accordance with the pipe manufacturer's recommendations. The handling of the pipe shall be done in such a manner that it is not damaged by dragging over sharp objects or cut by chokers or lifting equipment. B. Shipment and Storage. Biocon shall provide and maintain suitable storage and transport conditions for each batch of API and shall provide Par with complete written instructions with respect to proper conditions for the transport and storage of API. Upon receipt of any batch of API by Par from Biocon, Par shall provide and maintain suitable storage conditions therefore and shall comply with any written instructions provided by Suppler that are required by the DMF in respect of the transport and storage of API.

  • Equipment and Supplies Independent Contractor, at Independent Contractor's sole expense, shall provide all equipment, tools and supplies necessary to perform the Service.

  • Shipment Dell will ship the APEX System to the Site when included as part of the APEX Service. The terms and process for shipment and delivery of the APEX System will be stated in the applicable Service Offering Description.

  • Shipments The Vendor shall ship, deliver or provide ordered products or services within a commercially reasonable time after the receipt of the order from the TIPS Member. If a delay in said delivery is anticipated, the Vendor shall notify TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and shall provide an estimated time for completion of the order. TIPS or the requesting entity may cancel the order if estimated delivery time is not acceptable or not as agreed by the parties.

  • All new supplies equipment and services shall include manufacturer's minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Vendor shall be legally permitted to sell all products offered for sale to TIPS Members. All goods proposed and sold shall be new unless clearly stated in writing. The Vendor shall provide timely and accurate customer support for orders to TIPS Members as agreed by the Parties. Vendors shall respond to such requests within a commercially reasonable time after receipt of the request. If support andƒor training is a line item sold or packaged with a sale, support shall be as agreed with the TIPS Member. Most TIPS Members are tax exempt and the related laws andƒor regulations of the controlling jurisdiction(s) of the TIPS Member shall apply. No assignment of Agreement may be made without the prior notification of TIPS. Written approval of TIPS shall not be unreasonably withheld. Payment for delivered goods and services can only be made to the awarded Vendor, Vendor designated reseller or vendor assigned company.

  • Delivery Point The delivery point is the point of delivery of the Power Product to the CAISO Controlled Grid (the “Delivery Point”). Seller shall provide and convey to Buyer the Power Product from the Generating Facility at the Delivery Point. Title to and risk of loss related to the Power Product transfer from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.
