Shipment Instructions. SolarMax shall furnish written shipping instructions to SunSpark from time to time, and such shipping instructions, if different from the last shipping instructions provided by SolarMax to SunSpark, shall take effect no earlier than five (5) Business Days after receipt of such written instructions by SunSpark.
