Shipment of Related Documents. Written instructions as to the method of shipment and shipper(s) the Document Custodian is directed to utilize in connection with the transmission of any Related Document in the performance of the Document Custodian’s duties hereunder shall be delivered by the Servicer or the Administrative Agent to the Document Custodian prior to any shipment of any Related Document hereunder. In the event the Servicer or the Administrative Agent fail to timely provide such written instructions, the Document Custodian is authorized to use, and shall be indemnified and have no liability for using, a nationally recognized courier service. The Servicer shall arrange for the provision of such services at the cost and expense of the Borrower (or, at the Document Custodian’s option, the Borrower shall reimburse the Document Custodian for all costs and expenses of the Document Custodian consistent with such instructions) and shall maintain such insurance against loss or damage to the Related Documents as the Servicer deems appropriate.
