Shipping and Handling Costs Clause Samples

The Shipping and Handling Costs clause defines which party is responsible for paying the expenses associated with delivering goods and managing their packaging and transport. Typically, this clause specifies whether the buyer or seller covers shipping fees, insurance, customs duties, and any related handling charges, and may outline how these costs are calculated or invoiced. Its core practical function is to allocate financial responsibility for logistics, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their obligations regarding the movement of goods.
