Shipping Arrangements Clause Samples
The Shipping Arrangements clause defines how goods will be transported from the seller to the buyer. It typically specifies the method of shipment, who is responsible for shipping costs, and when risk of loss transfers from seller to buyer. For example, it may state whether delivery is FOB (Free On Board) at the seller’s warehouse or if the seller is responsible for arranging and paying for delivery to the buyer’s location. This clause ensures both parties understand their responsibilities regarding shipping, reducing the risk of disputes over delivery terms and costs.
