Shopping Area Clause Samples

The "Shopping Area" clause defines the specific portion of a property or development that is designated for retail or commercial shopping purposes. It typically outlines the boundaries, permitted uses, and any restrictions applicable to the area where shops, stores, or similar businesses may operate. For example, it may specify which units or floors are included in the shopping area and what types of businesses are allowed. This clause ensures clarity for both landlords and tenants regarding the intended use of certain spaces, helping to prevent disputes and maintain the desired character of the development.
