Shorelines of the state. In accordance with the Shoreline Management Act, the City’s shoreline jurisdiction subject to the City’s Shoreline Master Program includes all “shorelines of the state” and “shorelands.” Shorelines of the state are the total of all “shorelines” and “shorelines of statewide significance.” These terms are defined in Chapter 2, Definitions.
