Common use of Short Form Lease Clause in Contracts

Short Form Lease. The parties will, at the request of either one, execute duplicate originals of an instrument in recordable form which will constitute a short form of lease, setting forth a description of the Demised Premises, the Term of the Lease and any other portions hereof, except the Rent provisions, that either party may reasonably request.

Short Form Lease. All provision of this Lease shall be incorporated by reference into such short form lease.
