Common use of Short Form Clause in Contracts

Short Form. Available to employees with four (4) or more years experience of satisfactory evaluations. Employees remain on the Short Form a maximum of two (2) years or until they voluntarily opt to cycle to the Long Form or the District determines the employee has not met minimum criteria.
