Common use of Show Premises Clause in Contracts

Show Premises. To show the Premises to prospective purchasers, tenants, brokers, lenders, investors, rating agencies or others at any reasonable time (subject to restrictions on access as described in Section 11E above), provided that Landlord gives prior notice to Tenant and does not materially interfere with Tenant's use of the Premises.
