Common use of Show Premises Clause in Contracts

Show Premises. During the last six (6) months of the Term to permit a notice "To Let" to be put and remain on the Premises in a conspicuous position and to permit the Landlord or its agents to exhibit the Premises to prospective tenants during normal business hours and to exhibit the Premises for the purposes of the Landlord's own financing, refinancing and to exhibit the Premises to any prospective purchaser of the Building or of the Landlord's interest therein but not so as to cause any undue interference of the Tenant's business.
