The "Shown or Indicated" clause defines that any items, features, or requirements depicted or referenced in project documents, such as drawings or specifications, are considered part of the contractor's obligations, even if not explicitly listed elsewhere. In practice, this means that if a component appears in a diagram or is marked in a plan, the contractor must include it in their work, regardless of whether it is separately mentioned in the written scope. This clause ensures comprehensive coverage of project requirements, preventing disputes over omitted items and promoting clarity in the execution of the contract.
Shown or Indicated. The information and data shown or indicated in the Contract Documents with respect to existing Underground Facilities at or contiguous to the Site is based on information and data furnished to Owner or Architect by Owners of such Underground Facilities, including Owner, or by others, provided that:
11.3.1.1 Owner and Architect shall not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any such information or data; and
11.3.1.2 The cost of all of the following will be included in the Contract Price, and Contractor shall have full responsibility for:
11.3.1.2.1 Reviewing and checking all such information and data,
11.3.1.2.2 Locating all Underground Facilities shown or indicated in the Contract Documents,
11.3.1.2.3 Coordination of the Work with Owners of such Underground Facilities, including Owner, during construction, and
11.3.1.2.4 The safety and protection of all such Underground Facilities and repairing any damage thereto resulting from the Work.
Shown or Indicated. The information and data shown or indicated in the Contract Documents with respect to existing Underground Facilities at or contiguous to the Site is based on information and data furnished to OWNER or ENGINEER by the owners of such Underground Facili- ties, including OWNER, or by others. Unless it is otherwise expressly provided in the Supplementary Conditions:
1. OWNER and ENGINEER shall not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any such information or data; and
2. the cost of all of the following will be included in the Contract Price, and CONTRACTOR shall have full responsibility for:
a. reviewing and checking all such informa- tion and data,
b. locating all Underground Facilities shown or indicated in the Contract Documents,
c. coordination of the Work with the owners of such Underground Facilities, including OWNER, during construction, and
d. the safety and protection of all such Underground Facilities and repairing any damage thereto resulting from the Work.

The information and data shown or indicated in the Contract Documents with respect to existing Underground Facilities at or contiguous to the Site is based on information and data furnished to City or Engineer by the owners of such Underground Facilities, including City, or by others. 1. City and Engineer shall not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any such information or data provided by others; and
2. the cost of all of the following will be included in the Contract Price, and Contractor shall have full responsibility for:

11.3.1.2.1 Reviewing and checking all such information and data,
11.3.1.2.2 Locating all Underground Facilities shown or indicated in the Contract Documents,
11.3.1.2.3 Coordination of the Demolition Work with owners of such Underground Facilities, including Owner, during construction, and
11.3.1.2.4 The safety and protection of all such Underground Facilities and repairing any damage thereto resulting from the Demolition Work.
Shown or Indicated. The information and data shown or indicated in the Contract Documents with respect to existing Underground Facilities at or contiguous to the Site is based on information and data furnished to Owner or Design Professional by the owners of such Underground Facilities, including Owner, or by others. Unless it is otherwise expressly provided in the Supplementary Conditions:
1. Owner and Design Professional shall not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any such information or data; and
2. the cost of all of the following will be included in the Contract Price, and Contractor shall have full responsibility for:
a. reviewing and checking all such information and data,
b. locating all Underground Facilities shown or indicated in the Contract Documents,
c. coordination of the Work with the owners of such Underground Facilities, including Owner, during construction, and
d. the safety and protection of all such Underground Facilities and repairing any damage thereto resulting from the Work.

4.3.1.1. TOWN and ENGINEER shall not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any such information or data: and,
4.3.1.2. CONTRACTOR shall have full responsibility for reviewing and checking all such information and data, for locating all Underground Facilities shown or indicated in the Contract Documents, for coordination of the WORK with the TOWNs of such Underground Facilities during construction, for the safety and protection thereof as provided in paragraph 6.20 and repairing any damage thereto resulting from the WORK, the cost of all of which will be considered as having been included in the Contract Price.

1. Owner, Design Professional, and/or Project Administrator shall not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any such information or data; and
2. the cost of all of the following will be included in the Contract Price, and Contractor shall have full responsibility for:
a. reviewing and checking all such information and data,
b. locating all Underground Facilities shown or indicated in the Contract Documents, c. coordination of the Work with the owners of such Underground Facilities, including Owner, during construction, and
Shown or Indicated. The information and data shown or indicated in the Contract Documents with respect to existing underground facilities at or contiguous to the site is based on information and data furnished to the DISTRICT or the CONSULTANT by the owners of such underground facilities or by others. Unless it is otherwise expressly provided in the Supplementary Conditions:
5.9.1 The CONTRACTOR shall have full responsibility for reviewing and checking all such information and data, for locating all Underground Facilities shown or indicated in the Contract Documents, for coordination of the Work with the owners of such Underground Facilities during construction, for the safety and protection thereof as provided in paragraph 7.17 and for repairing any damage thereto resulting from the Work, the cost of all of which will be considered as having been included in the Contract Price. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for complying with Chapter 556, Florida Statutes, the “Underground Facility Damage Prevention and Safety Act” including but not limited to notifying and contacting Sunshine 811 before commencing any work.
Shown or Indicated. − If the Contractor encounters Underground Utilities shown or indicated (whether in the Contract Documents or those documents itemized in Section 00210 Information for Bidders) that are inaccurately shown or are inaccurately located, responsibility for any damage shall be as provided in MCL 460.701 et seq. To the extent the Drawings and/or Specifications inaccurately show or locate, through error or omission, the actual physical conditions and/or location of existing Underground Utilities (when compared with the information and data provided by the owners of such Underground Utilities), the Owner will amend the Contract Documents to provide for a corresponding adjustment in Contract Price and/or Contract Time.
