Shrubs Sample Clauses
The 'Shrubs' clause defines the responsibilities and standards related to the planting, maintenance, and replacement of shrubs within a property or project. Typically, it specifies the types of shrubs to be used, their placement, and the party responsible for their upkeep, such as a contractor or property owner. This clause ensures that landscaping requirements are clearly outlined, helping to maintain the aesthetic and functional value of the property while preventing disputes over landscaping obligations.
