Common use of SICKNESS BENEFIT Clause in Contracts

SICKNESS BENEFIT. In the event of absence due to illness, the Company will pay sick pay to the Employee in accordance with the Swedish Sick Pay Act (Sw. lagen (1991:1047) om sjuklön) and in addition the following will apply: Additional Sick Pay: Income Bracket: 0-8 PBA ≥ 8 PBA Sick days 15 to 90: 10% 90% PBA: Price Base Amount (2022: 48,300 SEK) On successful completion of a medical examination the Employee’s Long Term Disability benefits will be 50% of his base salary that includes relief paid from your social security.
