SIGCORP. and Indiana shall notify the other orally and in writing of any such inquiries, offers or proposals (including, without limitation, the terms and conditions of any such proposal and the identity of the person making it) within 24 hours of the receipt thereof and shall give the other ten days' advance notice of any agreement to be entered into with or any information to be supplied to any person making such inquiry, offer or proposal.
