Signage and Wayfinding Sample Clauses

The Signage and Wayfinding clause establishes the requirements and standards for the placement, design, and maintenance of signs and directional aids within a property or facility. It typically outlines who is responsible for installing and updating signage, specifies the types of signs permitted (such as tenant identification, directional arrows, or safety notices), and may set guidelines for size, branding, and compliance with local regulations. This clause ensures that visitors and occupants can easily navigate the premises, reducing confusion and enhancing safety by providing clear and consistent information throughout the site.
