Common use of Signage Removal Clause in Contracts

Signage Removal. Tenant covenants and agrees that on the expiration or sooner termination of the Term, Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall promptly remove any sign or signs installed or displayed by or on behalf of Tenant pursuant to this Article 14 or otherwise, repair in good and workmanlike manner all damage caused by such removal and restore the affected portion of the Building to the condition in which it existed prior to the installation of any such sign or signs.
