Common use of SIGNAL QUALITY Clause in Contracts

SIGNAL QUALITY. Broadcaster shall ensure the service signals delivered is of quality comparable to other television signals being received and retransmitted by IMCL. In event of Broadcaster failing to arrange for a service signal of minimum quality, IMCL shall be absolved of its obligation to retransmit BROADCASTER signals, for which Broadcaster shall not object.
