Common use of Signaling Clause in Contracts

Signaling. 9.1 All of the negotiated rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of Signaling Transport Services. 9.2 BellSouth agrees to offer access to signaling and access to BellSouth’s signaling databases subject to compatibility testing and at the rates set forth in this Attachment. BellSouth may provide mediated access to BellSouth signaling systems and databases. Available signaling elements include signaling links, signal transfer points and service control points. Signaling functionality will be available with both A-link and B-link connectivity.
